Position Type: Full Time Maximum Base Salary: 90,000



Minimum Experience:

• 5-8 years

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree

Duties:

• Ensure effective governance model is defined and implemented to ensure project success.

• Create and manage project plan components including project schedule, risk management plan, requirements management plan, configuration management plan, staffing plan, and others as required

• Effectively manage resources including ensuring appropriate allocation and proactive Line Manager notification of upcoming resource availability for reassignment

• Monitor project progress and provide ongoing  project reporting

• Document and manage risks, action items, issues, constraints, assumptions, escalating as appropriate

• Provide mentoring for project team members and other Project Managers

• Actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement

• Ensure effective team integration

Skills/Qualifications:

• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle

• Understands a project management methodology such as PMP

• Ability to quickly learn and provide value when placed in unfamiliar settings

• Ability to build confidence within team and client

• Excellent communicator of ideas both orally and through documents and other visual aids

• Ability to manage expectations of the client

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience

• MS Office Proficiency (including Microsoft Project)
