Security Agent

Fancy a rewarding career ensuring the safety of our customers as they travel through the Airport?
In this exciting role you will get involved in;

- Searches of customers and staff
- Security checks of cabin baggage
- Operating security equipment such as X-Ray machines and body scanners
- Patrolling our Terminals
- Checks of staff ID cards and passenger boarding cards before entering the security area

Full Training is provided and you will gain a level 1 qualification in aviation security (no previous security experience is required).
You will have colour perfect vision and have lived in the UK for the past 3 years (required for pre-employment checks).

Contract -
average 31 hour contracts, with shift lengths varying between 4-12 hours, covering a 24/7 operation, temporary contract until October 2017. 

Car Park Operative

In this hybrid role you will need to have good customer service, administration and PC skills as well as being experienced, confident and safe drivers. We will require you to be adaptable to carry out varied duties such as:

- Moving vehicles for passengers to secure parking locations
- Collections from pay stations
- Collecting and redistributing trolleys
- Operating booking systems
- Tending to reception
- Basic vehicle and car park maintenance
- Marshalling and car park enforcement

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence, with no more than 3 penalty points.

- average 21 hour contracts with typical shift length of 6 hours, mainly on a 4 on 4 off basis, 12 month annualiased hours contract with an April start date.

Passenger Care Agent

You will be responsible for providing assistance to airline passengers with reduced mobility through the airport.  Helping passengers transition from check-in areas within the airport terminal building to the aircraft, ensuring they travel safely and comfortably.
You should be physically fit as the role requires you to be on your feet for long periods of time.  Successful candidates will be required to undergo and pass a manual handling course which provides you with training to manually lift passengers with restricted mobility into their seat (with another assistant) with an unlimited weight capacity.  

Contract average 21 hour contracts, with shift lengths varying between 4-12 hours, covering a 24/7 operation, temporary contract until October 2017. 


Flexible Contract

Our business is seasonal and so flexibility is important to us. We offer a Part Time flexible hours contract which means you are paid for 21 or 31 hours a week (dependant on your contract), however at peak times you may be required to work additional hours or at quieter times you may be required to work less - This does not affect your salary which is paid consistently at your contracted hours per week.

Contractual Details

- £7.85 per hour

- Rosters issued 1 month in advance, subject to change with 7 days notice

- Full flexibility required to operate a 24/7 operation- which will include nightshifts, early mornings and weekends
