We are looking for Senior Work Environment Engineer for an exciting project in Bergen for one of our customers in Oil and Gas industry.
Main responsibilities and tasks for this role include but not limited to the following:

Responsible for Working Environment reviews covering new and modified work tasks on the project.
Identification and evaluation of relevant WE factors and assessment and ranking of WE risks.
Working Environment Health Risk Assessments (WEHRA).
Develop working environment programme.
WE activity plan, incl. package follow-up plans.
WE specification and design requirements input to other disciplines.
Responsible for working environment reports
Responsible to report progress for working environment
Contribute in developing working methods and processes in the project.

Higher education in engineering with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience within working environment from the oil and gas industry
Experience with WEHRA methodology is a must.
"Self-going" and able to identify, initiate and carry out WE reviews which are considered relevant and required for the project.
Experience with PSA regulations is a must
Familiarity with relevant Statoil technical requirements is an advantage
Fluency in English.
Excellent communication and team work skills.
Independent, structural, systematic and accurate working approach.
